Deafness and Vibration White Finger (VWF)

The team has considerable experience of handling these claims in an efficient and cost effective manner and recently co-ordinated the successful defence of the test case of Parkes, within the Nottingham & Derbyshire Deafness Litigation.

Experience  extends to all areas of industry, including shipping and mining.  The team also acts on behalf of insurers and insureds involved in the VWF group litigation and sit on the Coal Mining Contractors Steering Group.  We are currently handling over 100 of the services claims arising out of the VWF scheme on behalf of AIG and pursuing associated recoveries.
