The team has acted on behalf of insurers in several high profile mutli-party actions, including the ‘Scania’ litigation and, more recently the deafness litigation. 

Having defended litigation involving over 100 VWF claims from employees within the steel industry Plexus are currently representing a third party in relation to 87 claims pursued by former employees within the car manufacturing industry who allege respiratory injury as a result of working practices.
