With offices throughout the UK the Property Damage and Technical Risks Team at Plexus Law has built a reputation for its fresh and innovative approach to the problems associated with property risks.  Whether defending complex multi-party litigation or providing a completely outsourced recovery function, we can deliver a comprehensive and cost effective solution. 

The team is regarded as expert in handling property damage claims including flood, fire, landslip, theft, explosion, defective workmanship, construction claims, subsidence and landlord and tenant disputes.  We undertake catastrophic loss claims in these areas and also advise on associated fraudulent claims and policy coverage disputes.  We are market leaders in the provision of subrogated recovery claims for our commercial and household insurer clients.  We are also able to offer full mediation services.

We are regular speakers at the Post Magazine events: in 2007 we hosted a workshop on mediation and in 2008 presented a legal update and interactive session on the evidential requirements in subsidence claims.  Plexus has also sponsored the Post Magazine's Property Claims event.
