The Team provides Advice & Assistance on any aspect of travel law, insurance or corporate responsibility.  We have particular strengths in the following areas:

Terms & Conditions and Brochure Assistance - A tailor made, or fixed fee service for provision of supplier contracts, contractual terms and conditions and commercial assistance.

Health and Safety Advice - Provided on all aspects that may cause concern from a legal perspective to Tour Operators, including advice on Directors' responsibilities and the Corporate Manslaughter Act.  We have established a free advice line for clients that is available on a 24/7 basis.

Insurance Disputes - Working with and on behalf of travel insurers; typically disputes arise in matters relating to: personal travel insurance claims, policy wording disputes and advice, assistance with the drafting of policy wording and any subsequent interpretation.  Each dispute is reviewed on an individual basis and a clear and decisive plan of action is generated to ensure a speedy and satisfactory outcome for our clients.

General Personal Injury - In the context of the Package Travel regulations and contract law, the team have successfully defended a significant proportion of claims, many of which are reported in the legal press and textbooks.  The team have an impressive catalogue of Court of Appeal judgments supporting their defences of such claims brought against tour operators, travel agents and hoteliers, and their insurers.

Pre-action Volume Claims Handling - Managing in excess of 3,000 pre-litigation claims for the travel industry we offer clients the option of a fixed fee or annual price according to volumes handled.  Over the last 5-years, the team has handled a wide range of cases including: guilty issues, personal injury, ABTA, arbitrations and Trading Standards cases.  Clients have the opportunity to track their cases online and receive up to the minute MI reports via our bespoke Tequila online case management system developed exclusively for use with the travel industry. 

Travel Conventions - We handle claims brought pursuant to the Warsaw and Athens Conventions, seeking recoveries pursuant to charterparty agreements and contracts.
