In conjunction with our sister firm Argent Health and Safety, the Plexus Law Travel Litigation Team offer clients bespoke incident and crisis management support on a 24-hour basis.

Most recently Plexus have worked with a travel insurance company to offer insurance backed crisis management service.  The team has extensive experience of handling a wide range of incidents including a number that have received significant media interest.   With a plethora of considerations that vary from incident to incident, our experience to date suggests that ‘early intervention’ is key to both containing and managing the individual incident effectively.  Amongst our most recent experience we have dealt with the following assignments:
