The Plexus Law Travel Litigation Team work on behalf of insured’s in proceedings taking place both at home and abroad.  We have wealth of experience in providing assistance and representation for your insured’s Directors and individuals who find themselves investigated and/or prosecuted by the Health and Safety Executive or other regulatory authorities.  We can provide:

• Initial advice following accidents in working members of the public
• Representation at interviews under caution/assistance with Police investigations
• Assistance at Magistrates and Crown Courts
• Assistance and representation at inquests
• Advice on the prospect of defending prosecutions and potential civil claims arising out of accidents

The team have extensive experience of representing clients at Trading Standards and ABTA hearings.  We are also able to offer a full mediation service in order to resolve matters in advance of any formal hearings should this route be deemed an applicable course of action.
