Training

We are regular providers of in-house training on all aspects of travel litigation and handling to the Tour Operator industry, ABTA, AITO, and the travel industry in general.   All of our training packages, be they one-off sessions or a rolling programme of training covering multiple topics, are designed and delivered on a bespoke basis so that they fully meet individual client needs.

Training can be provided at the clients’ offices or hosted within our in-house meetings suites at any of our office locations.  Our approach ensures that we fully understand your training requirements in advance and design a package that is endorsed by our clients prior to delivery.  Feedback is gathered post training session and any outstanding queries or issues are fully resolved as part of the service provided.
