GA Claims
The Plexus Law Aviation Team has for many years dealt with GA claims on behalf of underwriters.
Such claims typically involve aircraft and/or property damage, personal injury and sometimes death. Where a fatality has occurred we are able to represent underwriters and the insured at the inquest in additional to dealing with any civil claims arising from the incident.
Our expertise is in relation to both fixed wing and helicopter claims. We also deal with claims from landowners who have suffered damage and loss from the unexpected landing or crash of an aircraft on their property.
We have experience of dealing with claims for damage to aircraft and work with independent experts when required to ensure that underwriters have all of the information they need to settle claims at the right level in a timely manner.
