The team are one of few in the country with over 20-years experience in handling the wide variety of issues and claims facing private healthcare providers and their staff.  The team’s extensive experience includes the handling of claims involving: hospital systems failures, nursing issues, infection control issues re MRSA and SARS, anaesthetic complications, pathology services, IVF, genetic screening, cosmetic & plastic surgery, alternative medicine, orthopaedics, urological complications, psychiatric care (in-patient and out-patient), GP out of hours services, prison medical services, opthalmics, radiotherapists, physiotherapists and brain injury.

Clients include leading Lloyd’s medical malpractice syndicates, large composite insurers, a number of leading healthcare providers (both clinical and psychiatric) with clinics throughout England and Wales, as well as individual practitioner's such as plastic surgeons, psychologists, alternative health practitioners including sports therapists, hypnotherapists and stress counsellors.

In addition, the team has experience in GMC/professional body disciplinary work, acting for clinicians and professional bodies, as well as involvement in overseas claims including claims in the Channel Islands, Italy, France, Greece and the Falkland Islands.
