Introduction

The Plexus National Occupational Disease Team with bases in London, Leeds and Colchester is dedicated to providing a focused and bespoke approach to defendants and their insurers in the field of disease litigation.  The depth of experience in each office ensures that lawyers within the team are able to truly specialise in their specific fields and, by so doing, are able to offer clients tailored strategies for the progression and resolution of claims.

The team has amassed extensive libraries of master files containing the liability and insurance cover information specific to particular diseases and insureds.  This ensures a consistent pro-active approach to claims handling both pre and post litigation.   The team currently handles in excess of 350 disease claims, predominantly in the areas of:
