Defendant insurance law firms, Plexus Law and Greenwoods, have announced today that they are to merge. Heads of terms have been signed and the deal is expected to complete in mid May.
The merger will create a £90 million turnover defendant insurance litigation business comprising over 1200 staff, with greater capability in London, the South, the Midlands, the North West and South West.
